What is The Black Dress Challenge?

How do I know it's for me?

How do I take part in the workouts?

There is a combination of LIVE and interactive on Zoom workouts where we can see you, coach you and motivate you EVERY session, and also live stream workouts which you simply follow along on screen.

I have a holiday during the challenge will that be a problem?

The whole programme is online, making it easy to stick to wherever you are in the world. Simply follow the nutritional guidelines and fit in as many workouts as possible and you should be fine.

Do I need a lot of space, access to a gym or equipment to join?

No. Every workout is designed to be 'kit-free' and require no more space than a standard Yoga mat. If you happen to have a kettlebell or two, or some dumbbells we'll show you how to incorporate those to really maximise your results.

Can I still join if I'm pregnant, early post-partum or injured?

Yes, you can, if you have clearance from your doctor. When you join, you’ll need to make Matt aware of your circumstances in your on-boarding, along with listening to your doctor’s advice. Matt and the team will adjust your training and / or nutrition accordingly to suit your needs.

Are there any meal plans?

No. Meal plans unrealistic for long term results. Instead, you will be given an easy to follow portion control guide. This provides LOTS of flexibility. You’ll also have full access to hundreds off delicious, family friendly recipes to give you lots of mealtime inspiration. We also have a great community that shares their recipes. So you’ll never be short of ideas.
